You can do a perfect job on a boiler and still look like a cowboy if what follows is a scribbled note or a message with a photo attached. The work was professional. The record needs to look it.

And for landlords and letting agents, the record is the product. They are not paying for your time, they are paying for a document they can file.

What Maintivo does on a plumbing job

Pick the job type, enter the client and site once, then log each problem you found: a photo of the fault, a description, and the next move. Corroded valve, leaking union, seized pump. It goes straight into the record with the picture attached.

The customer signs on the glass. A branded PDF lands in their inbox before you have loaded the van. If you want to bill it, an admin turns that signed report into a branded invoice in a few taps.

Evidence, not arguments

Photos in the report are how you avoid the awkward conversation three weeks later about what state the system was in when you arrived. The before photo is in the document, with a timestamp, signed by the customer.
