It knows the rule behind the form
Most job software gives you a blank form with your logo on it. What it can't do is tell you that the system you're standing in front of needs checking twice a year, not once. Maintivo can, because the maths is built into the form.
The gas and the charge
R410A. 12 kilos. That's all you type, standing at the unit, the same two things you'd write on a paper sheet.
The CO₂e, and the interval
It applies the refrigerant's GWP, converts the charge into tonnes of CO₂e, and tells you which leak-check band that puts the system in. The sum nobody enjoys doing in a plant room, and the one that quietly decides whether you're compliant all year.
