Maintivo is built for firms of one to five engineers. The owner sees every job sheet, customer and site. Engineers see only their own jobs. Job sheets arrive finished, so nobody rings round asking for them.
Customers and sites are saved as you go, so nothing is typed twice. There is an equipment register with reminders before a check is due, and an optional invoicing add-on turns a finished job sheet into an invoice.
On iPhone the app works with no signal: the job saves on the phone and uploads when you are back in range. On Android, a tablet or a computer you use the web app at app.maintivo.com, which needs a connection. It is the same account either way.

No. Maintivo does the job sheet, the report, the customer and equipment records and, if you want it, the invoice. It does not do scheduling, dispatch, stock or accounts. If you need a full job management system, this is not it.
